CS1 (9th Grade)
CS1 is the introductory Computer Science course at Comp Sci High. The course is designed to introduce students to the idea that code can create something. Students learn the basics of HTML and CSS to build basic websites. At the end of the year, students begin to learn the basics of Javascript and combine together the concepts to do basic DOM Manipulation. As a foundational course, CS1 is the first building block in students' computer science journey to web development and coding.
